Slowed down or come to a stop on your career journey? Looking for another direction but not sure which way to go?

Work with one of our Employment Coaches for a thorough and personalized career assessment. Let us help you discover your best way forward. Learn more about your professional self by taking our Values & Skills Action Planner Survey. We will help you narrow down your possible choices and put a workable plan in place to transition toward the job that best fits you and your career objectives.

Cost: $150 for 2 hour session (may require additional follow-up sessions at $75.00/hour)

Whether starting from scratch or updating your current resume, it can be a daunting challenge.

Our Employment Coaches will develop your resume with your input. We will determine which resume format best fits your experience and skills. Targeting your resume to a specific job ad will increase the chances that you’ll be selected for an interview.

Cost: $149 to $269 for 2.5 to 3.5 hour session (cost and time frame dependent on type of resume required)

Just need your resume updated or reformatted? We can also provide that service in a timely manner.

Cost: $75 up to 1 hour

The main purpose of a cover letter is to capture the interest of the prospective employer in reading your resume.

During your session, our Staff will create a cover letter that will capture the employer’s attention. The cover letter will include statements that connect your values to the mission of the organization. The Employment Coach will suggest how you can overcome challenges such as communicating your salary expectations and addressing employment gaps and career transitions in a positive light.

Cost: $75.00 for 1 hour session

Excited yet apprehensive at landing a job interview?

Our experienced Employment Coaches will help to strengthen your confidence! You will learn to look at the job ad as a tool for interview preparation. Learn how to respond when an interviewer says, “Tell me about yourself” or asks, “What do you think is your greatest weakness?”

We will take you through easy-to-use models to help develop your responses. During your 1 to 1 session, you will spend plenty of time practicing together with your Coach in a safe, inclusive environment. At the end of the session, you’ll feel prepared to face any interview with confidence.

Cost: $150 for 2 hour session

Resume and Cover Letter – $199 to $319 for 3 to 4.5 hour session

Resume, Cover Letter, and Interview Preparation – $269 to $449 for 4 to
5.5 hour session
