Career Planning Coach

Happy young male and female students reading a book together in class. University students studying together in library.

Overview

The Career Planning Coach workshop takes individuals through a Career Activity Planner where you review and practice self-assessment and choosing a career.

During the Career Planning Coach Workshop, learn how to assist individuals to identify their motivated skills, values, and gifts to develop an effective career action plan. Employ alternative coaching techniques to deal with difficult career coaching scenarios.

"The workshops, led by Chrissy Cordingley, involved an in-depth, step-by-step, and interactive method, which approached the material in realtime – which was then used and demonstrated concretely by all participants – to simulate the process of career exploration with a potential client.

All resources related to future job development, that connect with the client’s potential values, attributes, accomplishments, and ambitions, were all thoroughly investigated, elaborated on, and taken into careful consideration, which proved helpful, in that I can now take what I have learned and directly make use of it in my own career."
